PopTart is a beautiful very rare colored Chocolate Merle Tux Moyen / Klein sized Poodle girl. She is a very loving, cheerful little gal and is always ready to cuddle or play games (her favorite is Fetch!!) We are VERY proud of PopTart and her Black Merle sister “Nickers” here at Sunny Day Puppies!
Moyen Poodle “PopTart” was bred by Top-notch breeder Joanne Heritsch at Awesome Paws in IL. PopTart’s dam is Joanne’s Black/Blue Merle Moyen Poodle “You Got The Look” (AKA “Unique”). Her sire is “Mr Paxton”. I have to say, they sure produce some TOTALLY Awesome puppies!!
You probably already know that there is no dog more loving, intelligent, and a better companion than the ancient Poodle breed, with only one breed smarter (the Border Collie). PopTart is always sooooo happy & eager to learn new tricks. She LOVES to please her humans! Her favorite games are always “Speak” and “Fetch” and she can talk anyone into playing with her!!!
PopTart’s doggie husband is our Chocolate Tuxedo Havanese “Jolly Jeep”. They will have all chocolate / brown colored HavaPoo (AKA HavaNoodle) puppies with Hazel-green and/or blue eyes, white Tuxedo or Parti markings, and 50% with the unique Merle markings! Puppies will be registered with CKC. She, as with all my dogs, is DNA health cleared.

Identical to the Standard, Moyen, Klein and Toy Poodle except in height, they are all descendants of the Standard Poodle. The Moyen Poodle is generally between 18-25 lbs, a smart, sensitive little dog who make perfect pets for a less active person who has time to pamper these natural little clowns and be amused by their quaint antics. Well proportioned and squarely built, the Moyen Poodle was bred down from the Standard Poodle. They are an intelligent breed with a happy, willing to please disposition and are very easy to train. Moyen Poodles are delightful, good natured, and lively dogs. The Poodle makes an excellent family pet who will adapt to any situation and will try anything an owner wants. Moyen Poodles are an efficient choice for the owner who wants an obedient dog. They are affectionate with their family, a little wary with strangers, but still accepting of them. They love to be around family and friends, and get along well with other animals and children. They come in any colors, and have very curly, thick, very soft fur. Not only do they have an winning personality, but their hypoallergenic coat is non-shedding. (as are all my dog breeds) Poodles are bright, perky little dogs. Responsive, alert, sensitive and eager to please describes this breed.
The Poodle rates very high as a watch-dog. These dogs are highly alert and will let you know if something unusual is happening. Their Learning rate is also Very High. Poodles are very intelligent. Obedience – Very High. Problem Solving – Very High. They are extremely intelligent and very obedient. There are not very many breeds that rate this high in everything. This is why the Poodle has been such a popular breed for so many generations.
This breed is known to have a very long life span of 15 to 17 years.
